By booking a trip or travel service with us, you agree to the terms described below.


1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Full payment or the required advance payment has been successfully received.
  • You receive a booking confirmation via email, message, or invoice.

2. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following refund terms may apply:

More than 15 days before travel date

  • Eligible for up to 80% refund of the booking amount.
  • Processing or administrative fees may be deducted.

7ΓÇô15 days before travel date

  • Eligible for up to 50% refund of the booking amount.

3ΓÇô7 days before travel date

  • Eligible for up to 25% refund depending on partner policies.

Less than 72 hours before travel

  • No refund will be issued.

Refund eligibility may vary depending on the policies of hotels, transport providers, or tour operators involved in the booking.


3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain bookings may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Discounted or promotional packages
  • Last-minute bookings
  • Special event travel packages
  • Services marked as non-refundable at the time of booking

4. Cancellation by Chalo Trip Pe

In rare circumstances, Chalo Trip Pe may cancel a booking due to:

  • Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
  • Government restrictions
  • Insufficient participants for group tours
  • Operational or safety reasons

In such cases, customers will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • Rescheduling of the trip, or
  • Travel credit for future bookings

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within:

5ΓÇô10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.


6. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to modify your booking (such as travel dates or package details):

  • Requests must be made at least 5 days before the travel date.
  • Changes are subject to availability and partner approval.
  • Additional charges may apply.

7. Third-Party Services

Some travel services are operated by third-party providers, such as:

  • Hotels
  • Transport operators
  • Tour guides
  • Activity providers

Refunds for such services are subject to the individual policies of those providers.


8. Force Majeure

Refunds may not be guaranteed in situations beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • War or political instability
  • Government travel restrictions
  • Pandemics or health emergencies

We will make reasonable efforts to offer alternatives where possible.
